Ever wondered what coaching is all about? Intrigued but not really sure whether it is for you?
Rather than go into a lengthy explanation of what it is and how it works, let's do a little exercise. Grab a piece of paper and jot down some answers to the following questions.
What is a goal you are currently working on?
Where would you like to be in 12 months?
Why is that important to you?
What are the main reasons you haven't achieved this yet?
What is the most help you could possibly get in achieving that goal?
The good news is, coaching will allow you to put into action some steps to address whatever it is that is blocking you in achieving your goals.
It will assist you in reaching where you want to be in 12 months time and beyond.
Coaching will help you to reach your full potential.
